Victoria Land is one of the most important and populous states of Australia. Melbourne is the capital's largest and most important city of Victoria. In addition to his Melbourne The Great Ocean Road and the Grampians biggest attractions. Victoria are opportunities for winter sports.
The Great Ocean Road is a beautiful route in the state of Victoria along the spectacular southern coast of Australia. The road runs through forests and steep cliffs along the ocean. The construction of the Great Ocean Road began in 1919 when thousands of soldiers returning from the First World War. The road begins in Torquay surf spot and ends 300km later in the 'Irish town' Port Fairy. Along the route there are several sights and stops as the Erskine Falls, a large waterfall in the temperate rainforest of the Angahook Lorne State Park, the town of Apollo Bay and Otway light station.
The Twelve Apostles
One of the highlights along the route include The Twelve Apostles. A group of giant rocks in the waves near the coast. Especially at sunrise and sunset at their best.
The towns through not ask for much, but just right for a coffee, some food and relax during your trip along the Shipwreck coast.
