Suriname is a country in South America bordering French Guiana, Guyana and Brazil. Suriname has been independent since 1975 the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The capital of Surinama is Paramaribo. A number of major cities in Suriname are: Lelydorp, Nieuw Nickerie, Moengo, Albina and Nieuw Amsterdam.

These jungles are many animal species such as, inter alia, various species of monkeys, jaguar, sloth and giant anteater. Suriname has further 11 protected nature reserves and several waterfalls. On the coast you will find a few impressive sandy beaches with palm trees. Across the country you come from even Dutch influences, such as names of towns, villages and streets.
