Peru (Spanish: Perú) is a country in South America which borders Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia and Chile. The capital of Peru is Lima. A number of major cities in Peru: Arequipa, Cajamarca, Caral, Cusco, Ica, Iquitos and Pisco.
